Administrative

The Rockwell Town Hall is located at 202 E. Main St. (Hwy. 52).  It is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.  On staff daily are our Town Clerk and Deputy Clerk.

Sue A. Morton, CMC has served as our Town Clerk and Treasurer since July of 1992.  In 1996 she received her certification from the International Institute of Municipal Clerks.  The clerk’s duties include financial, budget, and personnel matters as well as working directly with the Town Board of Aldermen.  Sue is married to Don Morton. They have four children and five grandchildren.

Marlene E. Dunn, our Deputy Clerk, has been with the Town since October of 1994.  Along with various clerical duties for the Town, she also works directly with our Zoning Enforcer and Planning Board.  Marlene is married to Steve Dunn.  They have two sons David and Jacob.
